Japan is a serious and introverted nation, who is as smart as he is hard-working. He is a "no-man", for he is always rejecting others. Despite his usual calmness, he is another one who gets really scary when angered, probably because he doesn't rage often.

Due to being prisoned for many years and oblivious of what the outside world has become, he is willing to learn new things. Although he acts like an old wise man, he has a passion for anime-related things, thus given the title "otaku". (Just like us!)
