His alias is not a joke. Wiper indeed is a violent man. Inheriting the fierceness and sadistic tendencies of his ancestor, he doesn’t give his trust to outsiders and is quick to fight anyone or everyone without a second thought.
His has tattoos on his left face and left shoulder as a tribal symbol. He flaunt around in a grass skirt and Mohawk. Most of the time, he burns his lungs by smoking cigarettes.
Violent man that is he, his weapon sure is in line with those weapons of mass destruction. He owns a Burn Bazooka that fires cannonball and such. Yet, when equipped with a Breath Dial, the bazooka is able to fire a large pillar of flame caused by the ignition of the bazooka and the air released from the Dial within.
Good thing, when the battle is over, he decided to use his monstrous strength in rebuilding Upper Yard as Shandians homeland.
