Background: A Genin of Team 8, Inuzuka Kiba loves dogs and has jutsus in which he can pretend to be a dog.
The Deal with him: Kiba... loves dogs. It's a family thing. His faithful bow-wow is the little white canine named Akamaru, who turns red in the heat of battle with the help of Kiba's soldier pills. Their main combined jutsu involves transforming Akamaru into a Kiba look-a-like, and have the both of them growl and make other dog sounds so the enemy won't be able to tell which is the otherwise unintelligible one.
Kiba and Akamaru are almost never seen apart, and Akamaru is considered a ninja member of the team as well. While it is difficult to imagine the little puppy who is usually perched on Kiba's head to be useful in a fight, Akamaru have proven itself indispensible to Kiba's battles, and it's not only because it is capable of splashing enemies with his toxic dog-pee.

Kiba is so cute with akamaru:)!
but he is such a pain when it to fight people he act so cool.and is annoying like naruto but i tink that sasuke is more a hotty then kiba nor naruto
