Mashiro Blan de Windbloom is the princess and later, queen of Windbloom country. Extremely arrogant and bratty, she is much hated by her citizens though that was oblivious to her. She first encountered Arika Yumemiya and Nina Wong when she escaped from the castle before her enthronement. She got off on the bad foot with both Arika and Nina, especially Arika and hated her at first.

Later on, Mashiro became good friends with Arika and Mashiro made a contract with Arika to become her Master when they were trapped in a secret passage in Mashiro's castle with a Slave.

Mashiro first started to be aware that there was something wrong with the way she rules when she met Tokiha Takumi, a prince from the East, whom she developed a crush for. Unfortunately for her, when she was about to change to be a more responsible queen, Nagi Artai took over her reign forcibly and she was forced to escape as a refugee.
