Kuga Natsuki was first seen chasing after Minagi Mikoto on the cruise ship that Tokiha Mai was traveling in. Natsuki was the first to recognize Mai as a HiMe. They started off in an uneasy relationship after the fight in the cruise ship but later became good friends.
Natsuki is not your average teenage student, attending school only once in a while, while working on her self-given mission was to stop HiMes from gathering in the Fuuka School, suspecting some dark plot against them. She displays a cool demeanor but always finds herself in embarassing situations (like getting her lingerie stolen etc.).

Actually, Natsuki specifically says that she is seventeen years old, having had skipped a year of school due to her mother's death.
And her birthday is August 15th.
Um. But the figurine is sexy. 8D
