Tsukasa Hiiragi is the exact opposite of her older fraternal twin sister, Kagami. She is often seen with Konata Izumi, who is very tolerant with her little troubles.
She has a serious case of short term memory which is a common cause of hilarity. Her assignments are the constant victim of her forgetfulness and thus have to beg her sister to let her copy answers. Her poor brand new phone had an instant cleaning when she forgot to take it out of her pocket and put her clothes in the laundry. Aside from her lack of memory, she is also a very heavy sleeper, not even a running Godzilla can wake her up from her stupor.
Whenever she messes up, She often dons an adorable look of helplessness matched with her whiny voice.
