Background:
Colonello is one of the seven strongest infants in mafia world, which is categorized as Arcobaleno. He is the holder of Blue Pacifier.
He is Reborn’s childhood friend but he really doesn’t want to be in friendly terms with Reborn since he considers him a rival. Nevertheless, they do grow up in the same place and in constant competition with each other.
He’s a former member of the high caliber COMSUBIN, Italy’s special underwater assault team. Being part of military made him favor military clothing and huge rifle for weapon. He controls an eagle as a partner, which come handy in transportation.
Currently, he’s in charge of Mafia Land’s security. Unfortunately, it was his nap time when the mafia family's enemy attacked. Thus he sleeps first (with eyes wide open, just like Reborn) and let them bomb half of the area. But then after his nap, he sunk their battleship in one shot.
He helps Reborn train Tsuna to be stronger Vongola leader and later on Ryohei. He has a knock of ending his sentence with the word, “hey”.
