At first, I seriously think Tsuna is unique for his well-known loser syndrome. I was proven wrong by Dino.
Like Tsuna, Dino is a mafia boss and is the 10th Chiavorone family leader. He iniatially has no interest whatsoever in mafia and prefers living a normal life of a loser. But fate intervened and send out Reborn to put some excitement in his life. Knowing Reborn, Dino surely had a blast... literally.
Reborn’s teaching method is so effective that Dino turns out to be a great mafia boss. He amazingly fixed the Chiavorone financial family problem and took care of the whole mafia and civilian welfare. He favors whip as his main weapon.
His devotion to his family literally gives him strength so when they are not around, his skills fluctuate down causing him to accidentally hit people with his whip and clumsily falls down the stair.
