Background:

Suzaku Kururugi is a brilliant young man with a brilliant future ahead if he only knows how to get out from his self-made Twilight Zone.

It all started when he killed his own father, the last Prime Minister of Japan. After covering up the murder and being spared, he becomes an Honorary Britannian soldier who has a penchant of placing himself in the frontline to atone for his father’s death.

But instead of being shot by his enemy, he was hit by his fellow soldier upon his refusal to kill his friend, Lelouch Lamperouge.

From that point, the story took off as both young men started their own path towards their goal in saving the world. Suzaku has become part of so many political controversy and schemes just to achieve his ideal form of government. The path he took eventually led him to the decision of killing Lelouch and acting out as Zero.

Though he is very much human, Suzaku has excellent hand-to-hand combat skills. His piloting prowess is top-notch making it easy for him to control the battle suit, Lancelot on first try. He is under Lelouch’s command to “live” which activates his full potential in face of danger.
